The World Anti-Doping Agency’s (WADA) Executive Committee approved the 2023 List of Prohibited Substances and Methods (Prohibited List) on 23 September 2022[1]. The Prohibited List will come into force on 1 January 2023.

This article discusses an addition to the Prohibited List in Tramadol and the continued inclusion of cannabis as a prohibited substance.
