Russian President Vladimir Putin will not show up at the Bali summit of the Group of 20 and the Russian delegation will be led by International Minister Sergey Lavrov, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov has mentioned.
“It was made the decision that Russia will be represented by Sergey Lavrov at the G20 summit,” the Kremlin formal claimed.
Earlier on Thursday, Reuters, citing a resource in the Indonesian authorities, documented that, according to Jakarta, the Russian chief may well participate in a single of the summit’s classes in an on the web structure.
Indonesia, the host of the summit, has turned down calls by Western nations around the world and Ukraine to exclude Russia, pledging to preserve neutrality and highlighting the opportunity for cooperation on food and electricity security.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who has also been invited to the summit, beforehand observed he would not go to if Putin joined the collecting.
Chinese President Xi Jinping and United States President Joe Biden are among the planet leaders envisioned to vacation to the collecting.
